CREW Memphis works through active committees, each led by a board member and chapter chair. Members are encouraged to join any committee — it’s the best way to connect, grow, and shape the chapter.
Membership Committee
Focuses on recruiting and retaining members, welcoming new members, and fostering a supportive environment. Ensures members have opportunities to connect, grow, and engage through networking, mentorship, and support for new and long-standing members.
Events Committee
Organizes impactful events, including networking gatherings, educational seminars, and community outreach. Plans and executes events aligned with the CREW Memphis mission, providing professional growth, industry insights, and connections.
Sponsorship Committee
Secures financial support from community partners and sponsors to sustain and expand CREW’s initiatives, building mutually beneficial relationships that enhance programming and visibility.
Communications Committee
Manages outreach and communication channels — newsletters, social media, and marketing — keeping CREW’s message clear, consistent, and visible to members and the community.
Finance Committee
Oversees budgeting, financial planning, and financial health, ensuring resources are managed responsibly and providing insights to support future initiatives.
CREW Foundation Committee
Supports CREW’s philanthropic efforts and the CREW Network Foundation, which funds scholarships, research, and outreach; coordinates fundraising and promotes awareness of the Foundation’s impact.
