Membership Categories

Full

Employed substantially full-time in a professional position whose primary responsibilities are in one or more qualified fields of commercial real estate (QFCRE). These are our core members.

Affiliate

Employed substantially full-time in a role that relates to, benefits, or supports commercial real estate and supplies a related service or product, but does not work directly in a qualified field.

Civic

Employed by a government or public agency or a non-profit (may also qualify as Full). Offered at a discounted rate.

Graduate Student

A full-time graduate or postgraduate student pursuing a career in a qualified field of commercial real estate.

Undergraduate Student

A full-time undergraduate student pursuing a career in a qualified field of commercial real estate. Discounted rate.

Retired

An existing member who has retired from full-time commercial real estate employment. Discounted rate to stay involved.

Annual dues vary by membership category, and the current dues schedule is shown when you begin your application. Discounted rates are available for Civic, student, and retired members.

Membership Campaigns

Mid-Year Recruitment

Grows our chapter by re-engaging lapsed members and welcoming new prospects at the lowest price of the year. Runs mid-May through July, with mid-year dues in effect June 15–September 30; members who join receive full benefits through December 31.

15-for-12

New members who join after October 1 are billed for one year and receive the remainder of the current year free — membership stays valid through December 31 of the following year. Our best value.

CREW 101

An interactive session that helps members, especially new ones, make the most of their membership — exploring chapter resources, CREWbiz and CREW Network benefits, networking, committees, and ways to get involved. Offered quarterly.
